Shipping
QUEST ships directly from our factory warehouse in China. Every unit is tested before dispatch.
Orders of $90 or more ship free. Orders below $90 have a $9.90 flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Delivery estimate
International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date: customs processing, destination, local carrier handling, public holidays, and peak-season volume can affect the journey.
Tracking
We provide a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Use the shipment link in the dispatch update to follow the parcel with its assigned carrier.
Duties and local charges
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price and, where charged, are the recipient's responsibility.

Διαδικασία Επιστροφής
Για να ξεκινήσετε μια επιστροφή και να λάβετε έναν αριθμό RMA, παρακαλούμε στείλτε μας email στο info@questdetectors.com. Οι επιστροφές χρημάτων εκδίδονται γενικά εντός 3-5 εργάσιμων ημερών από τον έλεγχο της επιστροφής.
